This is a succulent, simple, protein-heavy, Paleo recipe that is Chef Franco's favorite go-to meal at home. Marinated in Grapeseed Oil, infused with fresh Thyme, Rosemary, and Garlic, and then grilled to perfection. Served with Caramelized Red Onions, Peppers, sauteed Mushrooms, and a dab of House-Made Pesto that's infused with Sun-Dried Tomatoes.
