Egg White Patty, Turkey Bacon, and Cheese on a Bagel Thin with Chipotle Lite Cream Cheese on the side
Quinoa Ratatouille Bowl
Ratatouille, a classic mixture of end of Summer Vegetables, Squash and Zucchini, and Eggplant, Pan Roasted and then stewed with fresh Onions, Peppers, Garlic, and Organic Tomatoes. Then we add our blend of Red and White Quinoa to add texture and a good amount of Protein.
Baja Fish Tacos
Grilled Grouper, Fruit Salsa, Fresh Cabbage, Onion and Cilantro Slaw and a Corn Tortilla. Make it Carb-Conscious by choosing the Shirataki Orzo Pilaf option instead of the tortilla.
Doug's Nutty Crunch
Each package contains 6 1-oz servings of a healthy nutty snack. Coconut Chips, Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Cashews, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut Oil, Honey and Celtic Sea Salt. Comes in three flavors: Madagascar Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Madagascar Vanilla with Dark Chocolate Chips.
